Hendrik attended Varsity College and completed his LLB at the Leeds Law School at Leeds Beckett University in 1998. He completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law during 2001 and was employed as a consultant at a small law practice during 2004, where he dealt largely with collections and debt counselling matters. He began practising for his own account in 2006 and has been in practice ever since. Hendrik was admitted as a solicitor in November 2007. Hendrik has experience in most major fields of law and presently focuses on commercial law, divorce matters, matrimonial property law, trusts and estate planning, general litigation, collections and administration of deceased estates. He also attends to notarial practice, including attestations, authentications, notarial contracts, notarial bonds and other notarial deeds.
